ELECTRICITY I'm giving Hilliard Summit 1 star because the utility for this place is beyond ridiculous. They management don't want to do anything about it. We are facing a recession and people can't barely afford things. The cost of utility here at Hilliard Summit will range you between $600-$1,000+ monthly. I will NOT recommend anyone to move here. I'm trying to leave because of this issue.
Thanks but no thanks Rent increases around $80 dollars annually including new fees added on randomly such as a “$50 community fee” and forced upon valet trash service for $42 even if you don’t want valet. Little to no response from leasing office when trying contact them. Neighbors are noisy outside and inside. Police seen almost daily at an apartment or another. Not worth the high price of rent!

Management Feels They Are More Important Than Residents I'm giving Hilliard Summit Apartments this poor review because I sincerely believe that they, because of recent management, don't deserve any new residents until things change. Today is June 16th. We have had 16 days of mostly hot and humid weather and yet our property manager will not keep the pool open after 6 PM. Even on the weekends. Welcome to the bottom of the barrel The apartments may seem nice at first glance, but that is far from the truth. Upon moving in you will notice that there are multiple blemishes on walls and doors, as there is no maintenance team here. The complex does not fix anything they provide in their apartments, including but not limited to windows, washers, dryers and dishwashers. Right now things... (Verified Renter) Right now things seem a bit disorganized. I wasn't given a parking pass, still don't have a card to access the pool/gym. It's a great complex, but maybe understaffed?
Parking is a... (Verified Renter) Parking is a major issue. The spaces in front of my unit are supposed to be reserved for cars with passes. Many times I have not been able to park in front of my building because of other residents parking their extra cars in these spaces. I find this to be very inconvenient especially since they do not have tags and ignore the signs that were installed.

Few residents disrespect... (Verified Renter) Few residents disrespect the trash compactor leaving their bags and dirty baby diapers for others to dispose. Improper baby swim wear in pool-wear diapers is not acceptable and alcohol in pool area by residents.
