Great place and safe for kids. I relocated from Texas last year (2014) and saw Hilliard Summit online. This is one of the few apartment complexes that was able to confirm the school district my child would be attending as well as providing that guarantee. What sold my wife and I was that kids were able to play outside safely during our visit and that the neighborhood was inviting. Perfect!! As soon as my boyfriend and I toured this apartments we knew this is where we wanted to live! The office staff was so immediately helpful and kept in constant contact with me to answer all questions I had and help me through the process of renting. I've been in my apartment for about 6 months now and I love it just as much as when I moved in! Friendly neighbors, and a quiet spot out of the way of busy Hilliard! Hilliard Summit Up to date countertops and hardwood floors. Spacious with large walk-in closet to master and large closet for second bedroom. Lovely, quiet and safe feeling in a rural setting with sounds of crickets and wildlife at night, yet close enough to the busy city of Hilliard...Extraordinary pool and community grill with gorgeous countertops outside under cover!! Quick, efficient and friendly response to maintenance needs!! Highly recommended!!
Absolutely amazing Fell in love with my apartment as soon as I moved in. Was sold on the vaulted ceilings and overall set up. Office staff got us into the apartment quickly, and were super helpful as far as getting us information when we needed it. Hilliard Summit has a great office staff, amazing amenities and its a good location.

HORRIBLE Bad Bad Bad place the most rude workers, dirtiest amenities, the apartments are outdated and also tend to be quite neglected when you first move in. The pool closes whenever the workers feel like closing it. They say they don’t want to come back to close it at its assigned closing time so they close it whenever they want to. There is dog poop everywhere it’s impossible to avoid stepping on. Don’t get fooled by the poop bags everywhere nobody uses them and they just leave there dogs poop everywhere.
