This was several months back but my dog Pancake had punctured her lung (OBVIOUSLY AN EMERGENCY!!) so we took her in to her normal vet and they wouldn't see her because we didn't have an appointment and sent us away.. (At this point tears were flowing, hugs were happening, ect) luckily Hilton was open and they took care of her without question. <3 now she is happy as can be and wagging her tail as normal.
