Dr. Fink and his staff are simply amazing. My fur baby has been in and out over the past month and every time I get detailed explanations of what’s going on and what the next steps are. I’m comfortable leaving my dog in their care and the techs visibly love my dog which makes me feel better. 10/10 would recommend!

Our 6 month old Yorkie is still being potty trained. At home she is pad trained. After being boarded for 4 nights at $35 a night, I was told by Ann, one of the staff members that she could no longer board there because she deficated and urinated in her cage. She has boarded there previously with no problem. I was also told by Dr. Fink himself that pictures were taken because she allegedly smeared her feces in the cage (which she never does at home) and it was discussed and determined in their Monday morning staff meeting th... read more

My staff desperately tried to keep her clean for 4 days. Despite our best efforts Coco defecated into her cage multiple times and then smeared the fecal material all over the cage and herself. My staff washed and bathed Coco daily, AT NO CHARGE to the owner. The staff even came-in extra times on Sunday just to keep Coco clean. O... read more

I took my dog to Hilton Animal hospital today for a minor intestinal infection, we've never been to Hilton Vet before, we usually go to Denbigh. She doesn't have a fever and is not extremely sick, she does have mucus in her stools. The vet put her on antibiotics. The bill was $501.00 for the visit. Is this normal for a minor vet visit? I've taken her to Denbigh for infections in her milk ducts and the bill was usually $60-$80 total. The part that was so shocking is the vet didn't warn me up front or give me an estimate of th... read more
