This was a perfect place for us to stay since we had cheer competition here. We could walk across the street to the landing for shopping and lots of good places to eat. Was a little disappointed in the room because the wallpaper was coming off in the hall and the carpet needed repaired or replaced. Also, there was outlets that didn’t work. As far as the indoor pool, there was not enough seating.

Bell Boys Overall stay was great. However, I’m almost certain that it is not Hilton policy that it is mandatory that the bell boys give me a cart and tell the customer they only work for tips. Upon arriving and leaving I requested a cart and was told the bell boy had to bring the cart. Although, some people would love the bell boys service, I personally have no issue with getting a cart and transporting me and my family personal belongings.

Tipping is optional and is to each guest's individual discretion if they wish to leave one, there is nothing in our hotel stating that tipping is required nor should any of our staff be stating that it is.
