Get directionsThis was a perfect place for us to stay since we had cheer competition here. We could walk across the street to the landing for shopping and lots of good places to eat. Was a little disappointed in the room because the wallpaper was coming off in the hall and the carpet needed repaired or replaced. Also, there was outlets that didn’t work. As far as the indoor pool, there was not enough seating.

Bell Boys Overall stay was great. However, I’m almost certain that it is not Hilton policy that it is mandatory that the bell boys give me a cart and tell the customer they only work for tips. Upon arriving and leaving I requested a cart and was told the bell boy had to bring the cart. Although, some people would love the bell boys service, I personally have no issue with getting a cart and transporting me and my family personal belongings.

Tipping is optional and is to each guest's individual discretion if they wish to leave one, there is nothing in our hotel stating that tipping is required nor should any of our staff be stating that it is. Location is ideal if you plan on being in the downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front counter and bar. The hotel restaurant is very overpriced. Save some money and take a walk to other places. The showers need to be cleaned better. Be aware you will have a $50 per day extra fee added at the end of your stay. Overall I give it a good rating for convenience and friendly staff.
