Had to call several times because we had no hot water. Parking was an overall horrible thing bc you had to walk a very long distance after parking just to get to the hotel. But the hotel was nice.

Faucet was loose, hard to open the balcony door. Nothing fancy, regular hotel. The valet guys were super nice, best part of our stay!
