We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. The room was clean and the amenities did not disappoint. The cheek in and check out processes were a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel with a pretty lobby. Pools & gym were great. Poolside bar prices were a bit steep. TV channel selection could be better. The thermostat didn’t seem to adjust to the set point selected but room remained comfortable. Nice parking ramp connected via skywalk costs $13/day. Great location to walk to landing, nearby shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel Hotel is nice, staff was very nice, according to hotels.com my room was supposed to have a balcony, but the hotel says a balcony room is not what was went to them...

Our room was very dusty and needed a good cleaning. Beds were fine, hair in shower, and our towel and wash cloth had yellow stuff or stain on them. I’m guessing they don’t have a lot of staff and the ones that do work probably are overworked and didn’t have time to clean like it needed. Overall, our stay was good.

Amazing stay, we will always stay here! Amazing stay! Extremely clean, check in was so easy and though they don’t clean rooms they always provided fresh towels etc... wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The hotel was very nice. We were unfortunate on our 3 night stay to be placed in a room with an adjoining door. The people next door kept us us past 1 am the first night. I finally called the front desk and they called security upstairs. The 2nd night they returned to their room at 230am and woke us all up.

NOT what I expected Hilton assigns the medium range quality rooms when you book with Hotels.com without an option to upgrade onsite. The high floor rooms are not an option. Due to COVID-19 the rooms are stripped down from any useful information and it seems that the front desk is working under duress.
