great location near Branson Landing We had a great stay at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The location can’t be beat. It was literally right across the street from the Branson Landing. The pool was great. We went in the morning so there was little to no people most of the time when we went. The room was very nice, it looked like it had been upgraded recently. The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it did get humid inside the bathroom pretty quickly. I couldn’t get Hilton points because I reserved the room through Hotels.co... read more

Always a great stay. The only issue I had this time was that there were no drinking glasses in the room. I called downstairs to get some, but never received them.

Not what it used to be... I reserved a suite/condo with a balcony through hotels.com. When I arrived I was informed that the room they had for me did not include a balcony. After showing them my confirmation, they told me there was no room ready and I’d need to wait about an hour. No problem. These things happen. I returned an hour later, and was handed my key. We do have it in our welcome letters and will remind our team to tell guests verbally as well and we are also contacting guests if we are able by phone as a reminder during their stay if it is multiple nights. We were shut down for a while and just don't want to limit potential exposure to our guests and our team as some of the numbers continue to increase.
