Not bad, but the room was definitely turned over in a hurry and it showed. Cleanliness should be paramount.

The hotel was not available when they said so we missed our dinner reservations and no one tried to make it right. Then the toilet was broke but they did end up fixing it. And no free parking.

Fun surprise weekend for kids spoiled! Room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Had to kill two hours waiting near the hotel and had to cancel 6:00 plans that required us to be changed and ready. Finally got a call at 7:00 that our room was ready. Got the kids ready and headed to the pool only to find four large family groups (6+ kids in each family) dominating the pool and hot tub. Didn’t feel safe even going in.

I thought check in was late being at 4:00 but arrived at 3:50 to start the check in process. Our room was not ready and was told it should be anytime now or in the next 10 minutes 3 different times. My boys and I waited in the lobby for an hour and were finally able to get into our room at 4:50.
