Nice but.... It was good but our room smelled wonky, wasn't expecting to be charged 13$for parking and no complementary breakfast. The breakfast buffet they have wasnt anything special from others and that was another 38$. It's a nice hotel just be prepared.

We will have housekeeping check the room and please if you stay with us let us know so we can investigate any smells or try to relocate you into another room. The parking garage is not owned by the hotel so there are fees. And as we have a full service restaurant and are a larger hotel part of the Hilton Hotels and Resorts we do not offer a complimentary breakfast like smaller hotels such as Hampton. Front desk reps provided excellent customer service and were very professional. We had an incident with stained sheets but the front desk apologized and had housekeeping bring us new sheets. Housekeeping needs some training in customer svc skills , but front desk made up for it.Very friendly staff members

Bed was great. Parking fee unexpected. There was no shampoo and the bath towels were well worn. No microwave or free breakfast. Baseboards were very scuffed. Great location. Clean common areas
