everything about it. it was the first time i got to stay in a big hotel like that ever.

The computer systems were down on a busy spring break week...not their fault but made for an inconvenience especially when traveling with a child and pet.

Pretty good! There were some bumps in the road but overall it was a great stay! Pros: - Staff is friendly, bellman were great with the kids - Nice hotel - Room was great- large- we had the king suite with pullout couch and kitchen. Bathroom was fantastic- It also had a huge tub which was great for the kiddos. - Right next to Branson Landing and right across from Starbucks Cons: - There was a computer problem at check-in so that was a bit of a drawn out process, but after about 30 min we were able to check in. - Toaster in ro... read more

I did not like the indoor pool area. The king with pull out rooms are quite small. I wouldnt recommend that size unless it is just 1 person. The staff was very nice . The room and facility was clean accept the pull out bed . Overall the stay was good

Nice, convenient location The hotel lobby and restaurant were very nice. The rooms were ok. Had to ask room service for some hand towels because there weren’t any in the room. We also had humidity issues in our room. It’s across the street from Branson Landing, which was very convenient. The midnight train rolling through was not. Very noisy, woke us up. Nice place, but not worth the price we paid.

Hotel was walking distance from multiple restaurants and shopping areas and Pool and hot tub were good. Staff was courteous which was nice.
