Rooms were very nice with large windows. Rooms seemed clean but had a very odd odor. Great location.

Parking access was bungled and required a second procedure, a second attempt, a second trip to the check in counter, a second trip to the parking facility!

Thank you for providing feedback. The garages are not owned by the hotel and while we have an agreement to allow in and out unlimited and bill to the room it is a seperate system. We are so sorry for any inconvenience and will share your comments with our team as we strive to make it easier for our guests.
Above and beyond We had a rough start at the hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care off. I would recommend this hotel!!
