FYI They make you pay for parking whether you need it or not. They will not let you use carts for luggage, bell hop must help you or you have to lug it by hand, charge you for “fast” internet. Those are my only concerns, otherwise awesome place and so friendly.

Thanks so much and we appreciate hearing your perspective. We are a larger full service hotel so our bellman do escort our luggage carts. The garage is not owned by the hotel it is $13 daily for self parking and $20 daily for valet service. Both are billable to the room and unlimited in an out. You can pay by ticket if you want in the city garage but it is easier for guests if they are coming and going for us to bill it to the room then we can activate your guest room key in the city system to grant in and out access rather ... read more

Front desk reps provided excellent customer service and were very professional. We had an incident with stained sheets but the front desk apologized and had housekeeping bring us new sheets. Housekeeping needs some training in customer svc skills , but front desk made up for it.Very friendly staff members
