Close to shopping and food. The pictures on Expedia did not match the room I was given.

We had an enjoyable stay. Only extra cost that I was not aware of until arrival was valet parking costs per day. It was slightly expensive, but we decided to go with it. It was close to the old downtown Branson & Branson Landing, so we could walk to either place without driving. The employees were exceptionally nice, also. I would recommend it for staying.

Didn't enjoy the barking dogs in several of the rooms around us.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience - please should you stay with us and have issues let us know we will reach out to the owners to address. We do welcome pets with a cleaning fee but we do not want them to inhibit the enjoyment of other guests. Thank you for letting us know.

Check in was not good.. we arrived at 1250 am and did not get room till 140. The computers went down as we walked in.. there was no back up plan to get us a room till someone from Pakistan walked the front desk person through reboot.. and if housekeeping is important to you then this is not your place.. just sayin... towels coffee and waters not replenished and if you left a shirt,or any item on the bed then it was not made up.. housekeeping told us this!

Location was great. Free parking across the street. Beautiful lobby. But room was a little tired looking.

Parking cost $13 a night for self-pay. Also belstaff did not respond in time to take my luggage out. Otherwise I care was excellent.

The parking garage is not owned by the Hilton so there are fees associated; however, we have the option to activate guest key cards for access and bill the parking fees to your room.
