Very clean and comfortable room. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here numerous times. The staff at the hotel was wonderful as always. The rooms need to be updated. The beds have become very soft. The A/C unit was so loud it woke me up every time it came on throughout the entire stay. It sounds like a loud toilet is running right next to the bed then begins to squeal. The Keurig was very dirty and the mirrors had obviously been wiped with the same cloth they wash the sinks with. I love the location of this hotel but we will be looking for a new place to stay.

I like that the indoor pool area had an outdoor lounge area exit if wanted and its on bathroom available.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's convenient to downtown and museums, very clean, had a comfy bed and great front desk service.
