The staff worked to help me and my daughter get into our rooms early. Upon leaving, I realized I had forgotten a jacket in my room...and when I called, about 15 minutes after leaving, to see if they could secure it for me...the anwer was yes. When I got back to the front desk a couple of hours later, there was my jacket, waiting for me. Thanks for that!
