I paid for a room three nights. the towels were replaced but my bed was not touched. Thank you for replacing the towels. I did like the electric blinds and the constant fan for background noise to sleep to.

I love this hotel. It was very nice and I felt very safe. And a really good location to the downtown area.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely polite and accommodating. Once we got into our room immediately I noticed hair on the tile entry. The bathroom also had hair on the floor and in the ai k. The caulking on the outside of the shower door was moldy and needs replaced. The pillows were horrible.

This is a non smoking hotel, yet eveytime my family goes in the hallway to walk to the elevator we have to smell a strong smell of smoke! We have complained to the concierge about it!
