Read if you have a MAC I purchased this 2 tray printer because I need to print a combination of letter and legal docs from the same PDF. This printer 1) needs to be on a 2.4 g (not 5g) router and 2) Is not configured for Macs. It took hours of trying to get my printer to work, finally got to Tier 2 tech. at Brother and he was able to teach me some “work arounds” so that I could use both trays, letter and legal. Might work fine just for standard one tray, one size paper printing. Otherwise printing is fast.
Easy Set Up. Fast Printing. Works fantastic. Easy to put together. Prints fast. Dont worry about the legal tray sticking out at the back. Though ofcourse be careful for nothing to fall there and dirty the top of pages. Great buy.
Never needed tech support I am in real estate. Everything that can be printed in black and white I use this printer. It is soo cheap to run.
It Works It Works This is the first brand new monochrome laser printer I ever purchased I usually go with Used/refurbished HPs I absolutely love this printer it works VERY WELL with my Signing Agent Notary Business
Paper tray The printer is great, printing is fast. However, was told it shipped; the delivery was extremely slow, did not receive as promised; contacted seller; finally received almost 3 weeks later. But, the 2nd printer tray was and has not been received. Contacted the seller, promised to ship; almost 2 weeks have passed, still have not received the 2nd tray. Contacted seller again, requested tracking number so I may track shipment.
She's moody She can be amazing when she wants to be. She works. But, she can also decide not to print sometimes and I have to trouble shoot. The scan feature does not take 70 pages at a time like it is advertised, it takes 25. It has really good software for continuous feed but - its continuous feed. It is not putting 70 pages in and walking away.25 max or it error messages. I have a 5200 for back up because this one is unreliable.
A printer I bought this printer for my business as notary loan signing agent. I’ve only had it a month but it’s handling the large print jobs well.
