Love Love this machine, although it did take me quite a bit of time to get both of the paper trays to work. You have to make sure you have the correct driver installed, I finally found the correct instructions by googling how to set it up. I think their website is complicated, but I'm just a bit above computer literate. Once I got the correct driver installed we are in business! Prints letter and legal and pretty darn fast to boot. All in all, now that I was able to get past the Driver dilemna, I love this machine!

Brother dual printer Printer works great until i have to use dual trays. Paper trays are set correctly but i either get all legal or all letter instead of a mix. Frustrating.
Good all round machine Really like this printer. It's fast and good quality. If you want continued performance and quality don't waste your time on non-branded toners. You pay for what you get.
Great printer but if you have a Mac...... As a printer this machine is awesome. However if you have a Mac you need to find some other program (which I have yet to find) to automatically print mixed legal and letter sized pages within the same file. I am a loan signing agent and I have files with both legal and letter sized documents within one file. I have to manually change the settings to legal or letter paper. Mortgage Loan Documents I really had a time trying to get this machine to print dual page sizes in a single PDF. Tech support suggested that it was my Adobe software and they were right! A quick download of Acrobat and problem solved. The print quality on the first set of documents could've been better. I think I figured out how to make it darker, however.
