Wonderful printer This is an excellent dual tray printer that has met our needs. It is quick and efficient and reliable. I love being able to print PDFs with multiple page sizes as this printer is able to switch from tray to tray and deliver the product as needed.
Does not scan The printer itself is great. It does that job well! When I purchased I assumed it scanned docs and it doesn't so I have to make another purchase that I was not expecting to. I own that! Trying to get to speak with someone for assistance has been extremely challenging. I have to YouTube my questions and answers. You have to go through a lot to get a hold of technical support.
