Recommend! Slow start but up and running. As soon as I set this machine up, a paper jam error came up. This was before I even tried to print something. I spent one hour on the phone with Brother support. They talked me through a total reboot of the product. After that, I have to say that I love this machine. Great Printer for the Money Very fast printer. We use this to generate shipping labels and it can certainly handle the workload. Very easy to maintain. This printer produces very clean and crisp edged print.
Brother Lasers are great. I'm a big fan of Brother laser printers recently, and this model is no exception. It's significantly faster than my HL5470DW, which is a big plus in my home office, and setup was a snap.
