Nice buy from Amazon Warehouse. This is a good printer but it does not print single envelopes easily. It was a purchase from Amazon Warehouse, and one of the good ones where packing was intact and the unit worked perfectly.
Rock solid Wifi with good monochrome printing Prints fine from Win 7 and Win 8.1 laptops and from my Linux Mint desktop. Rock solid on WiFi, printer reconnects itself automatically after WiFi goes down. It does dim the room lights when it starts up to print. There are no bright lights visible at night when printer is asleep. Only small green WiFi light stays on. I've had recent computer equipment that had to be covered at night. Not this one.
Excellent Set up was a snap. A full ream of paper is a huge plus and the quality of the printing is excellent. Printing heavy stock or envelopes works great. I read so many reviews of laser printers and Brother was far-and-away rated better.
Great Brother Printer! The printer arrived yesterday and I was immediately impressed with how well it was packaged. The top box flap even has illustrated instructions on how to re-box the printer if it has to be returned. This is the first Brother printer I have ever owned so I wasn't sure what to expect regarding the level of difficulty for setting it up. The item arrived quickly and was easy to set-up The item arrived quickly and was easy to set-up. It holds a lot of paper, which greatly lessens the need to refill as often. It is a bit loud (but so are our other Brother printers), so don't expect to hit print if you are having a conversation with someone and still be able to hear them.
Great product for the price! You can't beat the price for a quality product. Very easy set up!
Four Stars Easy to set up with multiple users, fast and efficient. The only downfall is that it is noisy.
