Nice, fast printer We ordered this to replace an older Brother brand printer. This one is nice because it isn't as heavy as older models and it prints quick. It is easy to install, find the drivers, and works well. Much better than the older models. It is about the size of a carton that holds milk, but isn't too heavy.

Good printer for the money This is a great printer for the money. The extra drawer is really what we needed and the other brads are easily another $200 for the same features. However, for some reason, the Brother printers have a sleep function built into them that you cannot disable and is kind of a pain as it goes into a 'deep sleep' and will not awaken by simply printing to it. The timer can be set to 55 minutes max and then if it does sleep, you have to get up and hit the OK button to bring it back to life. Overall a dece... read more
Five Stars Great value
Love this printer I absolutely love this printer! I bought this printer to replace a very expensive printer that broke down and would have cost more to repair than replacing with this printer. It's smaller, faster (printing) and quite right. It's perfect for a small to mid-size business.
Disposable but good These are solid printers for business use. The drum goes bad every 3 or 4 cartridges and I replace the entire printer for about $200 instead of buying the $120 drum. New printer includes a (basic) toner cartridge. They are always easy to set up on the network and they work great - until the drum goes.
Great printer, good value Fast, wireless works well, takes a full ream of paper - but very noisy and seems a little bigger than necessary.
If you don't like constantly filling paper trays, this is the one for you Great printer. I love brother's laser printers, they are dependable and hold up to high volumes of daily printing. The size of the paper trays in this one are great. In my older one I had to fill the trays much more often but they made these huge and it's a great time saver.
