Works very good. Manual feed tray jams has jammed on me ... Works very good. Manual feed tray jams has jammed on me a few times when I leave a stack of 25-50 pages in it. If I feed it 1,2 or 3 pages at a time, it doesn't jam. I'm not sure if it's operator error or if it's the printer's manual feed. If you leave too many printed pages stacked on top after they print, they could fall into the manual feed as it's printing, get sucked into the manual feed and cause a jam. Excellent print quality Excellent print quality, speed, etc., and without printer communication problems would have given it five stars... Printer communication problem "unsupported data for direct print..." required re installation of driver on main computer. Remote computer's print driver problem has not yet been solved. Seems like a company as big as Brother could fix that problem and send out a solution to all registered owners...
High Quality...The Laser Printer that Could! Awesome Printer. I bought this as a replacement for my business where I print my own labels for my retail shop. I love the screen on it. It was up and running in 5 minutes and I could actually lift it out of the box. So far so good. Print quality is superb....does take up a little space but all laser printers do!
Gorgeous printouts! Read here if you're having duplex printing problems after install. Gorgeous combination of crisp text and stunning pictures printed out on the page. Both printed out on paper much better than my previous inkjets have. If you find that you cannot print duplex ( double sided ) on the Mac, then you most likely did not select the XXXXX CUPS version of the printer when installing the printer on your Mac. Color printouts are wonderful. Should have bought the second paper tray, now kicking myself. Looked at all the literature and still can't find out if it can be added. The dual tray version of this printer has a different model number. Color printouts are wonderful.
I love the color LCD touch panel control I purchased the 8360CDW after reading a bunch of reviews. This Color Laser replaced an older Konica Minolta 2530DL which is at the end of its life. Setup couldn't have been any easier, I love the color LCD touch panel control. This printer is breathtakingly fast especially for a Home Office Printer as well as full DUPLEX printing (2 sided printing in one pass). Great Family printer. I just love this printer. I have taken out all the printers in my house and replaced it with this beast. Yes, it is big and weighs about 50lbs or 22.68kg. I have it in my work room and everyone can print directly to this printer by using our WiFi network to print to it. No USB cables to plug into. What took me the longest time was to figure out how to set it all up. But once i figured it out (took about 1.5 hrs) everything runs smoothly.
