I like the Salt Room and find it clean and attractive. The choice of music seemed inappropriate. Also, the music was turned sup nearly twice as loud as needed for relaxation until a staff person poked her head in for a different reason and I made a request. The speakers were crackling with a static noise for the full 45 minutes- either the speakers were too old, or the music was too loud. All it all it was difficult to relax. A simple quiet environment would have been healthier or soft gongs or crystal bowls.
Had no idea what to expect as it was my first time. I grabbed a coupon from Groupon and went to try it. My sinuses are better tonight and my cough is almost non- existent. Wonderful and worth the me time!
