The facility is nice and clean. The staff is well educated with what they are doing. Very friendly people.

The staff is amazingly nice and very funny.
For me, I personnally don't think there is enough salt in the room to be greatly beneficial compared with other places that are totally surrounded with salt. having said that, the room was very clean & pleasant, but, there was a lot of noise from doors slamming, which interrupts you trying to relax as that room is definetely not sound proof. I am glad I tried it through a groupon, but, I will not go back.

Thanks for the feedback, but the salt in the room in the corners of the room and on the floors is aesthetic. What does the magic is the salt that is blowing in the room from the halogenerator in the the wall.
Feel like it should have been more relaxing but had a young kid in the room so I wasn’t able to relax well with a hyperactive kid that couldn’t sit still. They should’ve offered to let me know prior to my appointment.

not very personalized. Giving the fact that a body wrap service was rendered, it should have been a great detail to offer at least a glass of water, giving the fact that they recommended to stay hidrated. other that that it was ok. nothing mayor in the service that makes it memorable
