Could be more affordable
I can't believe I have to wait seven months for my first appointment!!!
The treatment that I bought is all a lie. I don't think it works or is effective. I bought the 3 deal package so I have to go for the 2, but it's all fake n lies. Fooling people. I might sue them for their false n misleading advertising.
I had the infrared body wrap, I had some discomfort but I couldn't communicate with the technician because there was no way of communicating that I needed some help. After my section was over I had to wait for a while for someone to come in the room and acknowledge that my section was over. The lady said she forgot I was even in the room! Ugh? Nice people but lack of making the client feel important.
I went there for the Formstar Heat Treatments I ordered 3 of them with Groupon, they took my measurements the first treatment and when it was time to retake my measurements in the last treatment to see if I lost any inches they said they lost my paperwork and could not find my prior measurements they told me they would call me to let me know my results once they found it but it's been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone. Bottom line cannot recommend the treatmentts because I don't even now if they work.
