As usual, our annual service went very well. We had to replace the furnace in this house almost as soon as we moved in. We went with Hoffman for a new furnace ten years plus ago. There have been no problems with the furnace since. Hoffman helped us get the original oil tank removed before it leaked. The house had been built around the big tank! We now have two small connected ones in the crawl space. No problems with that set-up either.
Service was excellent. The service man was knowledgeable and friendly. Left the area very clean.

They are dependable , courteous , professional and accesible by customer service phone service .
Excellent , the weather was very cold. The pump on our furnace was not working properly. It was handled quickly and efficiently.
