Extremely upset with your Billing.
We are currently in a ceiling height contract and while oil prices are down I seem to be getting billed at a higher rate.
Your customer service and policies change every time. You care more about money than servicing your customers.
Ridiculously overcharged
Wrong diagnose of the problem causing the overheating of my home which cost 1000s in heating oil, just the perfect situation for Hoffman to make a lot of extra money selling then the overpriced oil to me. Once you're on the contract, it's all about how much they can get you for. Ripoff Company. Never use them or recommend anyone using them.
