No matter how many times I contact Hoffman with questions or help with my oil, furnace and AC, I always feel like I am talking to a friend. You are treated as a person, not just a number in the system. I have had many years dealing with Hoffman and every person I have made contact with has always been kind, understanding and courteous.

I’m always impressed by the employees in the office. They always address my questions and issues with friendliness and a great attitude. I locked in my oil price last year. Oil is up a dollar from my lock in I was 14 days away from a new contract and higher price with a half a tank left. I was going to call for a delivery to save some money over the new price and they delivered on their own without my calling. Very impressed

Hoffman Fuel customer service is the best, 24/7 and full of experienced techs. My home is very old and no matter what the issue is, the service department and plumbers at Hoffman have ALWAYS fixed the problem. Hoffman also locked in my oil price, at my request, explained their simple contract and the team that delivers the oil always pumps it slowly and carefully.
