Just as Promised! Our pool was just recently finished in May. Construction began in February, I asked what was a realistic time frame for completion. I was told 10-12 weeks and our pool was completely finished in 11 weeks and 6 days. The communication from Miranda was impeccable. Everything was done as promised and we LOVE OUR NEW POOL!

Holiday Pools of West Florida has recently completed our pool project. I initially spoke with Paige McLeod who explained the process and time line of completion. The pool project went pretty smoothly with a few minor delays, however this did not change our completion window. The pool, enclosure and pavers look excellent. Thank you Holiday Pools for a job well done.

Louis came today and installed the salt system for our pool and the cable for the remote. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like a customer. Thank you Louis, for doing a great job !

I would like to thank Kara for the excellent job she has been doing maintaining my pool the past 4 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend her , she has done a superb job ! She had a great work ethic and has superior customer satisfaction skills ... why ? because she cares and makes sure the job is done each week. Thank you Kara, it is a pleasure to have someone of your caliber maintaining our pool, each week !

Installed a great pool. During this install, they damaged my home, lost the skimmer, paver stones not put in the ground properly. 3 months after install, permit is still open, nothing has been fixed. Punch list as long as my arm. Many emails and on my call record...31 phone calls. Nobody ever answers the phone. Just met with a construction lawyer in sarasota to take legal action. Will keep this updated.

This company does not respond to phone calls or emails. No one ever picks up the phone or checks messages, or anything for that matter. I have had an outstanding warranty issue since last September and could never get them to respond.Horrible Horrible Horrible. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

We went into contract with this company January 2023. Through the entire process with zero communication from our project manager whom never set foot on our property. Was given a timeline of mid August to no later than September. Due to construction of a waterfall not passing inspection. The owner came out and apologized for the delay but will get it taken care of. Unexpected issues I can understand does happen. Our pool took a year and a half to complete. Horrible customer service! You need to go in person to office in Sarasota to get anything accomplished. The actual workmanship by the crews that did work was great except they didnt read work orders very well. Put two doors in cage instead of one did not put handrail or autofill in during construction had to fight for months to have those installed. Brand new equipment had to be replaced more than once.
