The customer service has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with! We have had issues since day one. They can't return calls. I've even gone there several times to no avail. Do NOT buy a pool from this company!

This company is atrocious to communicate with and their warranty work is non-existent. I had my pool installed with my new construction. I closed on 24 Feb 2021. The pool issues (Heater and other issues) started 28 Feb 2021 (all documented). The heater was cycling on and off. After several calls the technicians came out but couldn't figure it out. I was referred to Holiday Pools in early 2021 to design and build the pool for my new home in Cape Coral. They were wonderful to work with and we left happy. There were several updates done later, and each update was done and issued, clearly showing the address of our home. As of this morning, I was just told that they never realized the home was in Cape Coral, even though they put the address on every version of the plans they issued, and they don't want to go to Cape Coral to build. Completely and totally unprofessional.

Horrific company to work with...they dont answer calls and don't finish or correct their work....its been a year and its been horrendous working with them...I hope nobody hires them!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY This is my first review ever. I am a busness owner for 47years. There is not enough for me to say in this space . I have never had a experience dealing with anyone like this before. I gave a deposit in december of 2020 and its november of 2021 now. I have done everything , wrote letters , emails , phone coversations. They finally dug the hole on sept 30th of 2021. They left a pump in the hole thats pumping water below grade at a rapid pace. We signed paperwork and made an initial payment June 2021 to Holiday Pools. We were emailed information regarding the process and individual departments responsible for each step of the process along with names and emails of people. We were told that the best means of contact was through email. Four months later, we have not heard from anyone in the company nor have they responded to many emails or phone messages. We do understand that they are busy but certainly some type of response can be made as to the status of our pool... read more

Signed a contract on October 19. 2020 and the pool is only half finished. Yard has been tore up since January and numerous problems including breach of contract refusing to put equipment in the shed even though the contract says all equipment will go in the shed. Tore up the water and electric line to the well. They might send 1 crew out a month. Will not reply except she would tell the boss. No not use this company. My yard is still horrible. No sign of finishing now at all.

Just Terrible management overall. I have signed a contract with them in January (!!) and they still havent started any construction. They only dug the hole 2 weeks ago (August!!) and left it there. I can't reach construction manager and superviser anymore - they do not respond. Previously they were not able to give any timelines. The permit has been issued by the county in 2 months.
