We contracted with this rotten company and were told that it would take 6-9 months to build our pool. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and almost never call you back. After 8 months of them doing absolutely nothing we demanded our money back and, true to their shady business practices, they refused. They didn't do what they said they would do (build ** a pool) and all we want is our money back. That seems pretty reasonable to me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay away, stay far, far away from Holiday Pools of West Florida. Working with this company has been THE WORST experience. Their communication is horrid. Our permit expired before they started the pool. The pool build did not start until 10 months into signing a contract with them. We are currently 15 months in and still no finished pool. In October of 2021 we signed a $58,000 contract for a pool and cage with Grant *********************** a dba of Holiday Pools of West Florida. We were told by ************************** it would take 5 months to start and then 4 more months to finish. We expecting a completed pool by the following summer. 1.) 1 out of 5 stars – If I could give a lower rating, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with Holiday Pools and would not recommend them to anyone. I entered into a contract with them almost a year ago for a pool and lanai project, but as of 04/06/2023, it remains incomplete with no projected completion date. WORST experience ever. We signed our contract in October of 2021 and was given an 8 month contract to swim timeline, give or take. As of today we are sitting at 16 months and it is STILL not completed. If and when their construction "manager" replies it is always with faulty excuses. They make you pay in FULL prior to completion. They have had my in FULL payment since 1/11/2023 and absolutely no progress. MULTIPLE calls and emails with no responses. No!!!!! Worst customer service, no communication and simply a lack of care or concern for the customer. Over a year and I'm still waiting for it to be finished. In there estimate I assume they feel I have pool filled with water the rest is unnecessary. What a mess they left behind not to mention mangled irrigation lines and totally busted main pipes for the neighborhoods irrigation. For 2 years I've had weekly pool maintenance service; different people have been coming to provide this service. They have a habit of missing calls; however, they've missed 6 visits since May. No one has serviced my pool since July and the pool is now green. I have called Dustin repeatedly but always get his voicemail. He has never called me back. Very unprofessional and I have cancelled my service.

Horrendous company. Almost two years since we signed the contract and the pool isnt completed. It sits half filled with green rain water and Mosquitos. The worst decision I ever made was do business with these thieves. Phone calls, emails and texts go unanswered. I hope they lose their license in Florida so future customers dont get scammed. It pained me to even leave 1 star because you have to pick something!

Absolutely the WORST company I've EVER done business with of any type!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT do business of any kind with this company. They are great at taking your money on a PREPAID service contract and then NOT perform the work as expected. Horrible at ANY level of communication. However, "Brittany" the "Receptionist", is VERY familiar with the no refund contract even when they don't hold up their end of the contract and you call to terminate.
