Dr. Williams always does a wonderful job of making sure my cat is as comfortable as possible at the vet, and it is clear she cares about her patients, even those who are quite difficult to deal with, like my cat. I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond what is expected to keep pets happy and healthy!

The office staff was very positive and trying to work me in for an emergency within three days. The physician assistant, whose name started with the letter M was extremely gentle and thorough when examining my cat. The check-in was seamless and the room was ready for me when I arrived with my pet. After moving from California, we were really worried about finding a new vet for our pups especially one we could trust with our Puerto Rico rescue that suffered from chronic ear infections, major pelvis fracture, heart murmur, allergies, and more. (Poor Walty is a lemon) Dr. McLain was amazing and so knowledgable that she put us right at ease and was so gentle and caring with our pups.
