I love this facility for my dogs’ care! When we started going there it was because they were next door to my apartment complex. Now, they are across town from my home, and we still go there! Why? Because the team of vets, the techs, the receptionists, literally everyone who works there is compassionate and professional. They are communicative about my dogs’ needs and results, as well as treatment options. They are a little more expensive than my previous vets, but they are totally worth it. Even during a pandemic they are amazing. I love how hand in hand the doctors work. The Doctors explain in detail the procedures and price before hand so you are able to make an informed decision. I feel safe and secure taking my new puppies to them.

We love taking our dogs here. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Miyoshi and all the staff have been super helpful, informative and caring, and I can’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else. We always get to talk to the doctors, and everything is explained and broken down, and we’ve never been turned away for a question or concern. Amazing service from people who really care.

The support staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and the doctors are all amazing. My dogs see Dr. O and we are thrilled with her. She is the best vet ever! She caught a tumor that would have gone undetected for who knows how long. We were able to rush surgery and get chemotherapy done (at another hospital) and she followed along with the progress and was always willing to answer any questions I had. I love that they give me a dollar estimate of recommended procedures. Also they explain their theories of what’s going on with my cat and listen to my thoughts about my cat. They always follow up by phone after tests are run. Very thorough, respectful and kind care givers.

Great doctors and staff! Have taken care of all my pets for over 20 years! We currently have 3 cats and a dog. Dr. Pratt is amazing! It’s nice to have the consistently and knowledge of the same doctor every time. Even during the pandemic, they are making visits as easy and as personable as possible. Thanks 😊
