Had an excellent first time experience! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and gentle with my cat. Services provided were affordable and costs were clearly communicated in advance. I️ will definitely be bringing both of my cats back for their future needs!

Our fur baby, Bailey, has been seeing Dr. Pratt for many years! He is beyond amazing with her. He cares a lot, calls to check in on her, gives updates during surgery, always thinking of ways to help her feel better (even when we have not been in for a bit), and goes out of his way to make her comfortable. The staff are caring, loving, and gentle as well.

I started taking my cats here when I lived in the area, and I absolutely love everyone here. I now live on the south side of Sandy (the Draper line is about a block away from me), and I still drive all the way up here because they take such good care of my furbabies. When I first came in, my cat was nearly hairless and past vets had given various diagnosis as to why, and nothing helped. This place was great! My dog had viral and yeast infections in both ears. Everyone at the hospital was great with my dog. On the first visit my dog was extremely skittish and we had a little bit of a wait. The office ladies gave me a credit on my bill because we were there so long. By the third trip in, my dog was excited and happy to see every one there. Very knowledgeable staff and very caring. Will be taking both of my pups there from now on.
