I am a senior and have lived in Holly point approximately 8 years. I love it here and don't plan on moving any time soon. Management and office staff are always attentive and helpful. Maintenance staff are timely and efficient. Definitely an awesome place to live. Linda S.

the management have been awesome especially Madison, maintenance has been amazing! the only problem I have with is the valet trash pick up. I took my trash out yesterday morning and when I came back my trash was still there and everybody's trash has been picked up. now I have to throw my own trash out and take it to my original apartment that's getting renovated. I just don't understand . it's ok it's not Holly Points fault

My Husband and I have been living at Holly Point for a little over 2 years. We love the location of the complex and how quiet it is! They have always kept up appearances as far as grass/shrubs/flower beds. Maintenance is fabulous, they always come to fix issues within a timely manner multiple occasions they have come the day of to fix things! We always enjoy the amenities they offer, especially the pavilions that provide BBQ pits & picnic tables!! Overall we have nothing but great things to say about HP!

Really loved living here! Not far from everything and very quite. The grounds are kept real nice and the management and maintenance teams are professional. When we moved in the price to square footage was a no brainer and I've had a very decent time here at holly point. I'm moving out simply due to a change in interests but if my life was in the same place as when I moved in I most certainly would've stayed. Great neighbors too! I live in Holly Point, really a great place to live. When I call or come in the office, I seem to get Lis. She is a great customer service person. She has been very helpful to me and my husband. The maintenance personnel have also been great to us. Been living here for 2 years and the 2 years have been great years.
Just became a resident of Holly Point and am so excited! Liz had been the one who answered the phone when I had first called and was interested in Holly Point. From the rip she was so incredibly helpful and bared with me through all of the silly questions I had. She has been so wonderful and extremely knowledgeable through the whole process. I currently live here. Overall, I love the community, any problems I have with my apt are addressed within 24hours. The grounds are kept beautifully. I love being able to park 10 steps away from my door. The only thing that I will change is security...it's pretty much non existent. Both my neighbor and I have had our vehicles broken into. You can't choose who your neighbors have as company. I just wish there was cameras around.
I like Holly Point a lot. The location is great! The space of the apartments are great for what you pay. I've never lived in an apartment because of horror stories but it is ok. There are some things that could be better. I moved to another apt within the complex and I am regretting it. It needs to be updating. It isn't like the first apt I rented here. Spiders stay around the windows and doors. I have to wipe down spider webs every few days and spray constantly. Other little funny looking bugs get in somehow. I think they n... read more
I enjoyed this apartment complex. I was there for 2 years. I liked how I could park in front of my apartment and walk straight in. I enjoyed the river that runs through and the quiet environment. However, there were weird centipedes. I didn't have a problem with management when I asked them to spray around my building more often. My boyfriend also sprayed Home Defense and that seemed to be the only thing to keep them away. Also, sometimes the water would smell like rotten eggs. Not exactly sure why.
