Lived here 6 months. Those centipedes were EVERYWHERE. I don't know how those suckers would get in because we never opened the windows once. My main issue with these people was that when we were signing the lease, they were super nice and amazing and when we had to break the lease 6 months later, they treated us like dirt. Would not recommend this place for military personnel. They try to get you for any fee they can. The rules and regulations are constantly changing and keeps you on your toes rather than living comfortably. Most of the complex is senior citizens and they think they are entitled to something, they always complain about anything they can. They demand their own parking spots, discriminate against gays and motorcycle riders. They have weird huge centipedes all over the place. Vicky the property/site manager, has proven to herself to be deceitful and untrustworthy in what she says. There are MAJOR Parking issues. They hand out visitor parking slips, yet there are no assigned parking. There are visitor parking, which one would assume if you don't get a visitor slip then you must park there. The community is nice and quiet and the grounds are well kept. The ladies in the office are nice and friendly, besides Vicky the property manager. She has proven to herself to be deceitful and untrustworthy what she says. The apartments are spacious and the price is reasonable for what you get. You have a security system in the apartment, washer and dryer for $50 per month extra, dishwasher, water included.
