I have lived here for 6 years and have never had a problem with any of the staff. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are well maintained. The community is quiet and friendly. Staff are always riding around in golf carts during the day keeping an eye out on all apartments. I love living here.

Overall the community is better than an other place we have stayed. The landscape is beautiful and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Assigned parking would be nice though.

I absolutely love love love these apartments! The location is close to the highways and shopping/ dining . The staff is so friendly. Maintenance always does a good job of helping you if you need it. The apartments are quiet and clean. You will not be disappointed. Great for pets and kids too!

We have been living here for about 6 months now and we love it. The prices are amazing for the amount of living space in comparision to the other apartments in the area. We have never experienced any trouble with the utilities.The bathrooms are pretty basic and the eat-in kitchens could use updating, but they get the job done. The landscaping is beautiful and the maintenance team definitely respond promptly, however I am thoroughly disappointed in the condition of the apartment. Originally I was overjoyed however in the few months that I've been here, I've had to contact maintenance 7 times regarding HVAC issues, my bathtub doesn't drain, due to how the tub is installed there's always standing water in tub, two closet doors have come off the hinges, having to park on another street due to lack of parking on the street that I live on. Would never recommend to anyone , where do I even start on this hell hole ? First of all , water is split amongst every occupant of the building ( not just your unit) , there's a second water removal charge added to rent , the appliances are new but somehow still not in good shape , doors have been repainted so many times you can see peeling layers , the faucets are coming up off the sink , the shower heads hang out the walls , the drains don't do well , we moved in here in a pinch as a last resort due to time concerns with ... read more

The apartment was dirty when we first moved in and not at all what we were showed as the "show room". Carpet was stacked on old carpet and the downstairs neighbor was a chain smoker. With a child, I automatically bought an air purifier. Didn't help. Just an overall low standard living conditions.

I would avoid this place at all costs. They nickel and dime you and all they care about is getting more money out of you. They require a 60 day notice before the end of your lease which is absurd. I've never heard of anything longer than 30 days before in the 5 different places I've lived. They give you no leeway and make you sign a 40 page lease so they can slip in plenty of details to screw you. It looks nice but it's all cheap and they only put money into appearances. Lived here for 3 years and well they like to increase your rent every year , they'll fail to keep you safe. Every day people jump over the fence and break into your cars and bully the residents . My friend still lives there and it's only been getting worse . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere and save some money while at it.
