I must say that I don't think I have ever been in a Hollywood Feed Store that the first thing that was said was can I help you find something. This was the first time I've been into the Germantown Road store at this location. I asked the person who was assisting me something about the difference between a Fromm dog food and Fromm cat food the same name. She didn't miss a Beat. She explained the difference between ingredients designed specifically for cats versus dogs. And seemed excited to give me the answer. Very pleasant a... read more

Most employees in this store are very impressive, with the way they handle customers and their knowledge of their products. Store itself is clean and organized. Personally, I very much enjoy this location.
