So helpful! I came in looking for a washable diaper for my dog who had a UTI. Oscar assisted me. He spent a lot of time with me encouraging me to to seek further treatment options. He specifically recommended a Veterinary practice that I was able to go to two days later and discovered the actual cause of the problem. I had been to our long time vet who was not helpful. everyone was nice, but also everyone was very in my face and hovering when i had already told them why i was there and that i did not need any further help. and then i went to self checkout where an employee took over and did everything for me, which is nice but it was overwhelming and a lot for SELF! checkout
