Jen and the group have known Fergus since he was a baby. He is now four and they treat him like family every time we walk in. He loves to wander around the store with them, I love to pick up what we need and then ask them questions about sales products or new products. One of his favorites, Toni, moved to manage the store in Lakeland. We always send her pictures.

Always super helpful. Employees ask if they can help before you ask them. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell which is a huge plus and every employee I’ve talked to has pets of their own and I find that to be a good thing as well
