I went to Hollywood Feed to purchase dry food for our dog. I could not remember the brand and the associate looked up my account and informed me as to the brand I have been buying. She took me to the location in the store and offered to carry the 40 pound bag to the checkout counter. So helpful and friendly. That’s one of the reason I shop a Hollywood Feed.Â

Friendly experience. I was searching for a dog food. My dog had gotten sick recently and I didn't know if it was the food I was feeding her. The lady that helped me was very helpful. She asked me a few questions and after answering, she led me to the aisle and pointed to the food that she highly recommended. She explained that if my dog didn't like the food that I could return the unused portion for a refund. I thought well this is a win win situation.
