Friendly experience. I was searching for a dog food. My dog had gotten sick recently and I didn't know if it was the food I was feeding her. The lady that helped me was very helpful. She asked me a few questions and after answering, she led me to the aisle and pointed to the food that she highly recommended. She explained that if my dog didn't like the food that I could return the unused portion for a refund. I thought well this is a win win situation. I went to Hollywood Feed in Collierville with my good friend. We both have Yorkies. We are looking to change the from the food the breeder (also a friend in another state whom I used to show with) recommends and is sponsored by, to a more “efficient” food. I was introduced to Kaitlyn and what an education I got! I thought I knew a lot about dog nutrition, but I was taken to a whole new level. Our dogs are about to become a lot more healthy! Katelyn in Collierville was awesome! Made sure I had flyer on sale items. Very knowledgeable on toys (asked me my breed) and very friendly. She also checked me out and noticed my account needed to be merged and said she will have it done so I don’t lose points!
