I was looking for a specific Kong Christmas toy that I had bought last year but haven’t been able to find them. This store didn’t have them but the young lady that asked if she could help me, went out of her way to try and find them at other stores. She found them and had them transferred to the collierville store on the truck. She was the only one who even asked me if I needed help and I’m so thankful she took the time to help me find what I wanted for my dog’s Christmas.
