Two associates chatting at the cash wrap when I walked in. I was greeted and asked why I was there. When I said dog food, they pointed and said “it’s in the usual place”, which was perplexing because I don’t know where “the usual place is”, they normally get it for me. After I found it, I took it to the cash wrap where they were still chatting. They then tell me to take it back across the store to the other cash wrap area. I always go in to get pig ears for my dogs and the service is always,friendly kind and respectful to customers and each other never seen such a great advertisement and salesmanship ,Walgreens's has nothing on Hollywood feed customer service Thanks

Houston Levee - nobody offered to help me find anything. I had a bag of dog food and 2 cases of canned and nobody helped me with the door while I was struggling to exit. I won't return to this location.

No one ever asked if they could help me, and everyone was so busy rearranging the store. They had acquired more space next door.
