This is the first time that I have ever walked into a Hollywood Feed store that I was not greeted at the door. I usually shop at other locations but was in the area so I went in. I walked in, had to find my items, and checked myself out without anyone acknowledging me. There were two employees at the registers tagging merchandise but didn’t stop to help me so I checked myself out. I left without a thank you or anything. Hollywood Feed is known for it’s outstanding customer service, but not at this location.

No one asked if they could help and when asked where the cashiers were I was told to check myself out! If I wanted to work at Hollywood Feed I would apply! SHAME ON YOU! I will shop at CHEWY.COM if this is the way you are doing business!!

I returned a kennel that had been used when I got it home. When I took it back the employee said We always put returned items back on the shelf to resale. I said well the tray in the bottom was all scratched up and the wire was rusted. He said ok but what’s the problem? We always do that!

Have always paid a little more at Hollywood Feed because of the good customer service. They are now pushing self checkout which they were happy to show me how to do and no one offered to take out my dog feed. I look healthy but have a bad shoulder. Offer would have been nice.
