Have always paid a little more at Hollywood Feed because of the good customer service. They are now pushing self checkout which they were happy to show me how to do and no one offered to take out my dog feed. I look healthy but have a bad shoulder. Offer would have been nice.

This store gets 1 star for me due to my experience with the manager. She literally laid her hands on my 3 year old child and ripped something from his hands. He wasn’t being bad at all. She also never once said something to me. Just went straight to my child and took something he had. Then she continue to be very rude to us and my child as we tried to shop. You should never take something from a child that’s not your kid. You shouldn’t even be touching someone else’s kid in the first place. She also gave him a dirty look and... read more
