The ladies that work at Hollywood feed are terrific. They were very informational very nice and had great customer service. They have great products and even gave me freebies on my first purchase.. we will definitely be returning customer!!!!

The groomer was super nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick out some products. However there was another associate (I’m guessing a manager) who spoke to us really rude. Talked down about what we feed our dogs and overall had an attitude. It made us uncomfortable and not want to return.

New to the area and went in just to browse. Excellent selection of raw in all its iterations. Every other section has a very nice curated selection. Not at all like other pet stores where the selection is overwhelming and hard to see what you are looking for. Staff is very knowledgeable. We will be back.

Employees were so kind and sought us out in the store to be helpful in picking out bones and treats for our newly adopted dog. They came up with ideas and gave advice and it was an amazing experience, will definitely be going back
I'm really glad to see a store stock products made in USA. I purchased a dog crate pad made by 'Mississippi Made' and I'm thrilled. It's made in USA of all USA sourced materials. I get all the warm and fuzzies from that. You have a return customer in me.
