I needed a toss toy for my lab to chase after in the water. Haley explained that a small ball was not a good option. She guided me towards the products that were the best. My dog loves the one I chose!

I have never been big on boutique dog stores because I always assume they were more expensive. But I now care about my dogs food as I’ve learned more and people at Hollywood feed are amazing so helpful so kind and I trust them they know the food, they know the dogs Just a great place.

The ladies that work at Hollywood feed are terrific. They were very informational very nice and had great customer service. They have great products and even gave me freebies on my first purchase.. we will definitely be returning customer!!!!

The groomer was super nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick out some products. However there was another associate (I’m guessing a manager) who spoke to us really rude. Talked down about what we feed our dogs and overall had an attitude. It made us uncomfortable and not want to return.

New to the area and went in just to browse. Excellent selection of raw in all its iterations. Every other section has a very nice curated selection. Not at all like other pet stores where the selection is overwhelming and hard to see what you are looking for. Staff is very knowledgeable. We will be back.
